One months(30days) of warranty for all parts
Spare parts can be bought in our webshop and also come with 1 months of warranty.
For spare parts that are not yet in the store, feel free to contact us.
In case of any quality problems - covered by the warranty and within the 1 month period after purchase - please reach out to us. Since our profit margin is extremely low, it is not profitable for us to pay the high cost of shipping the board back to our factory. However, we can offer you free replacement parts (including free shipping), should there be any quality problems. All spare parts are also available for purchase in our webstore and come with an instruction video, that walks you through the necessary steps to change the parts.
If you don't like our skateboard (odds are slim), you can give it to your friend as a gift and pass pleasure on. At the same time you can tell us why you didn’t like it. We’d love to get feedback from you and we’d be happy to discuss the design concept of the next StormEsk8 Goods with you.
Friendship help: If you’d like to buy other Hongkong products, maybe we can buy them for you and ship them together with the accessories you purchased (products must conform to customs policies).
Refund Policy (if applicable)
We don't refund when your ordered products are being built.
We don't refund when your order is shipped out.
Please note once you buy any product(s) you can only get repair service. We don't offer returns. Meaning we will send you the product to fix/resolve the issue.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at StormEsk8@hotmail.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at StormEsk8@outlook.com
